• 24-48 is the normal business working hours of the Turkey immigration department and in most of the cases we do get the visa approved in offered timeline.
• www.instaTurkeyvisa.com offers Express 12-Hours visa delivery service and also offers 1-Hours visa delivery service both at an additional cost.
• Due to the sudden increase of Covid-19 cases across the globe. There have been instances wherein immigration doesn’t approve e-visa or cancel the approved e-visa for a particular national without prior notification.
Therefore, no refund shall be entertained by instaturkeyvisa.com on such cases with effect from February 1, 2020 until further notice.
• There could be a possibility of visa getting delayed due to additional documents required by the immigration after the application is processed.

• We strongly encourage and recommend our clients to provide accurate contact details and to double check these details while filing up an application form.
• No claim shall be entertained which is made by the customer on the non-delivery of the particular or requested service via email.

• InstaTurkeyVisa.com will commence the processing of an order immediately, Refund can be possible in the case wherein your application is not processed/submitted to the immigration for further approval and is not in paid status.
• Any cancellation on the agreed service delivery which may result because of factors beyond human control, such as the natural calamities, accidents, governmental restrictions, or any other event of force majeure. In such events, we shall only refund a partial amount, decisive at our discretion.

• Cancellations made seven calendar days prior to the tour date -Refund shall be 95% of the booking amount, only if the booking or part of booking falls under cancellation allowed.
• Once your application is Approved by the Turkey Visa issuing authority, InstaTurkeyVisa.com is unable to provide a refund and you must comply in accordance with the policy.
• Refusal to issue the Visa, Refusal to accept the application, Issuance of an incorrect Visa, Delay in processing the Turkey Visa. Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement Visa or refund of all fees paid and the Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to lost profits/income, lost airfares.
• Additional services including RT-PCR, Insurance and Airport transfers are rendered by third party vendors and are all prepaid services. In case of refund there shall be a partial deduction as pre-processing service charge or there can be a possible chance of no refund depending upon the service provider.
• Refund shall not be processed in case of rejection, where in you have already applied in govt system from some other service provider/travel agency alternatively or in advance.
• Due to Covid-19 pandemic across the globe. There have been instances wherein immigration doesn’t approve e-visa or cancel the approved e-visa for a particular national without prior notification. • You may receive refunds in cases where InstatURKEYVisa.com is unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract.
• Usually, the refund is processed immediately as the order is cancelled. However, it may take 2 weeks for the customer to receive the money into the account which is used initially to place an order.

• www.instaTurkeyvisa.com is not responsible in the event you fail to receive your Visa or any other service requested by you. Insta Turkey Visa.com do not guarantee in any way that your application will be accepted by the Turkey e-Tourist Visa issuing authority. Our service has been fulfilled once Insta Turkey Visa.com have checked your online submission and submitted your application to the Turkey e-Tourist Visa issuing authority.
• Every applicant is responsible for conforming with and fulfilling any requirements stated by the Turkey Government.

• www.instaTurkeyvisa.com does not issue Travel Insurance and is dependent on a third party for the fulfilment of Travel related insurance which covers Covid-19.
• Once customer gives a consent for us to proceed with the insurance purchase, price displayed for the same is immediately added to the final payment required from the applicant.
• As soon as we receive this payment towards Travel insurance, we commence your order and the information is passed to the insurance supplier (third party).
• Insta Turkey Visa shall ensure that your insurance is ready and dispatched along with the visa copy before your travel date.
• The pricing or services in this website are in keeping with the current standards for a given service. No reforms will be made on the pricing as stated on this website on the behest of an applicant.
• If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service requested by an applicant, and it has already been dispatched by www.instaTurkeyvisa.com, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate or there may be a change in price displayed due to the conversion or other charges added to the base fee, which is being charged by payment gateway not us.
• In certain cases, visa fee includes other charges such as bank transaction charges levied by the Turkey Government.
• We as a service provider do offer express services to process your application on priority with an additional price. It’s an optional service, available on request. Timeline for the fulfilment shall be shared with the applicant at the time of customer opting it.
• With your express permission we process the application immediately with the supporting documents.
